Your local amenity
Leeds City Council want to sell Red Hall playing fields so they can build houses and a dual carriageway on the fields you use - and have used for decades.
The council bought the land in 1937 for £14,000.
For hundreds of homes in the Red Hall, Wellington Hill, Whinmoor and Shadwell areas, this is the only significant walkable amenity.
Help us retain this small oasis of green in what will soon be a new community composed almost entirely of new housing.
