The Leeds City Council Public Access site is a little tricky. Here’s our walkthrough on how to comment on a planning application:
1. Register on the planning site
If you already have an account, skip to step 2. If not, you can register here. Leeds City Council will send you a confirmation email. Follow the link in this email to log in.
2. Login to the planning site
You can log in here.
3. Find the application
Go to the Search button at the top left. Select Planning/Simple Search. Enter your planning application reference, e.g. 17/04351/LA. Click “Search”. You should see details for a single planning application.
4. Making your comment
Click the “Make a public comment” button at the top right. Enter your details and your comment and click “submit”. Don’t forget to click “Object”, “Support” or “Neutral” to indicate your stance on the application.
